Day Pass (Saturday Only) • 2024 Heartland HangOut
Join us for Saturday Festivities with a single day pass to Heartland Hangout 2024! We have a limited number of Day Passes available for Saturday, October 26th.
Day pass includes:
Admission for one person for Saturday, October 26 from 8:30am to 9pm.
Morning and afternoon workshops
Lunch and dinner
Evening concert performance with Dan Mulqueen and Archer & Tripp and Friends.
Access to purchase raffle tickets for items including a Tacta Handpan, Rhythm Rest, Master the Handpan course, We Play Well Together Zenko drum, and other prizes.
Things remember:
Please arrive at 8:30 am for registration and to be ready for the first workshop at 9am.
Saturday morning's 7am performance by Settle into Stillness is only available to weekend guests. Day passes do not include admission to this performance.
One intention of Heartland Hangout is to gift time and space for personal growth and hang time. While children are the seeds of our future, and we cherish them, we also encourage Heartlanders to take to enjoy everything this event has to offer. Children (18 years or younger) are welcome to join daytime activities with adult supervision (separate adult and child tickets are required).
Lovingly shared, children 18 years or younger are welcome to stay through the end of the concert at 9pm. Children cannot participate in activities at the castle after 9pm.

Meal Plan – Remember, if you switch gears and get a full weekend ticket, meals are not included. Heartlanders wanting to save are welcome to BYO-Food, otherwise the weekend meal plan is an add-on item and includes: 3x meals a day starting with Friday dinner and ending with Sunday lunch, and in between snacks. Saturday’s dinner is included with every ticket.
All ticket sales end on October 14th.
